My name is Belinda Mays but all of my close friends call me “B,” go figure.  I am a loving mother, Iron Girl Triathlete, serial entrepreneur, and a no nonsense, loyal friend with a great sense of humor. My quick wit and passion to motivate & inspire others is my gift from God. My gift to God is a life dedicated to helping as many people as I can get through life’s challenges with laughter while inspiring them to overcome their fears and self limiting beliefs.

In short, I’m just an ordinary woman who dares to live an extraordinary life. During my lifetime, I too have had my share of trials and tribulations. However, I count each and every trial as a  stepping stone to my many successes.  No matter what comes my way, I have put fear, failure, and life’s circumstances on notice because I know that I am the captain of my own vessel. Although they still show up every now and then, they know that once the course is plotted and I have boarded the ship, it never turns back and never stops except to refuel. No matter what happens, my ship will always reach it’s final destination.

In the professional world, I hold the titles of  Professional Success Coach, Speaker, & Author.  Inclusive of all the good and bad personal, family, and business world experiences, I consider myself well educated in the school of life. I have over a decade of business experience in the area of Corporate Training and Facilitation and have provided exceptional service to companies and organizations such as Fulton County Schools, Ciba Vision, CNN, Emory Healthcare, and Georgia Perimeter College,  just to name a few. As the owner and founder of The Success Project, LLC, I specialize in consulting time-challenged business owners and entrepreneurs on how to build and/or expand their existing businesses.  I provide my clients with the necessary guidance, tools, resources, and accountability they need in order to become more productive and profitable. My philosophy is quite simple, “Go Hard or Go Home.” I believe whole heartedly that the world makes room for the determined doer and the person who knows where they are going. This simplistic philosophy sets the stage for anyone who desires to tap into their infinite potential and experience my commitment as their partner in success.

I also believe that one of the biggest secrets of success lies in having an attitude of gratitude and giving back to those  less fortunate. I am a big supporter of  causes that focus on the needs of the homeless as well as organizations that promote the empowerment of all women.
