Bill Sawyer

Bill Sawyer spent his career in bank management. He was recognized by the Independent Bankers Association of America as a gifted speaker and writer concerning challenges facing community banks. As EVP of a bank consulting firm, he worked closely with state banking associations and saw great value when people of like mind came together for common goals.

Bill applied what he had learned to the networking of Christians in business. In 2007 he organized Networking In Christ with the tagline “Strengthening His Body For His Glory”. And, indeed, Networking In Christ has done much to strengthen the Body of Christ financially through both business referral chapters and employment referral chapters.

After 4 years of success with NIC, Bill felt the need to add a new dimension to his Christian networking. He resigned as CEO to start a new organization known as Kingdom First Network.

Whereas the primary focus of Networking In Christ is on business referrals and employment referrals, the primary focus of Kingdom First Network is on evangelism.  Bill’s conviction is that as business people seek first the Kingdom of God, (Matthew 6:33) their networking with other believers will produce more referrals than when focused primarily on referrals.
