Bob McCulloch

Bob McCulloch has been coaching and facilitating management in strategic change for over 30 years. He works with both intact and multi-disciplinary management teams to articulate, launch, and execute their strategic choices more powerfully.

With a background in IBM Canada sales and management, Bob launched DMR Group's executive consulting practice and founded the firm's leadership and professional development program. As a founding partner of Johnston Smith International, a Toronto-based consulting firm focusing on change management, he led the Firm's Strategy Practice. More recently, he co-funded The Energy Exchange, an organization focused on teaching individuals and groups how to engage in more creative, practical, and rewarding dialogue in their professional and personal lives.

Bob has been President of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario (ICMCO), Chair of the Institute's Fellows Committee, and Chair of the National Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC-Canada).
