Dianne Young
Dianne enjoys finding opportunities to enrich the lives of others!
She grew up in the small town of Burlington, WI as the oldest of 4 children. She demonstrated her ability to set and achieve goals by graduating from high school a whole year early. She had big dreams for her future and was on the fast track.
She completed Marine Corps boot camp before she was 18 years old and received many promotions and awards during her 20-year career. Known for her concerned leadership as a Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant, she became an Equal Opportunity Advisor to prevent discrimination and harassment.
Her caring leadership prompted her to conduct multiple Suicide Prevention Campaigns for various military units. She also developed an educational outreach program and coordinated classrooms with local units and colleges to encourage service members and their family members to pursue their educational goals.
As a devoted wife and mother of 3 school age-boys, she is very involved in their academic and athletic activities.
She applies her Bachelor’s Degree in Management to her responsibilities managing the debit card program for an Administrator of Employee Benefits Programs. She has been very instrumental in the development of their corporate-sponsored Toastmasters club which became distinguished in record time and has earned several awards.
She achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster Award which is the highest education award from Toastmasters International. As the District 35 Toastmasters Lieutenant Governor Education and Training, she partners with the District Officers to help strengthen current clubs, plan the educational conferences and Officer Trainings.
She is also passionate about music and photography!
Dianne can be called upon to develop a presentation for any worthwhile cause and is well versed in Leadership, Personal and Professional Development, Setting & Achieving Goals, Change Management, Fish Philosophy, Equal Opportunity, Employee Benefits, Customer Service, etc.
