He was a high school teacher and counselor for 22 years and the remaining 23 years has worked in adult education. Over the past 12 years he has owned one of the premier training companies in the entertainment and hospitality world. During that time he has created and taught high performance leadership programs and the recognized #1 guest service seminar in that industry. He brings experience, humor, insight and hope with all of his training. His training is recognized as being very motivating and life transformational.
