Dr. Kevin Gazzara has more than 30 years of marketing, management, leadership, organizational development and teaching experience in industries spanning from heavy equipment to high technology.
Kevin is a senior partner at Magna Leadership Solutions, a management and leadership consulting firm based in Phoenix, Arizona.
In Kevin's 18 years at Intel Corporation he held multiple positions in product marketing and management, Intel University and program managing Intel's worldwide leadership development programs.
Dr. Lakhani and Dr. Gazzara are the acclaimed co-authors of the book "The Leader of OZ: Revealing the 101 Secrets of Marvelous Leadership for the 21st Century".
Kevin is a recognized expert in leadership development, employee engagement/motivation, job alignment/satisfaction and a keynote speaker/lecturer.
He has received the "Future HR Leader" award from Human Capital Magazine for his development of the Task Quotient™ for employee job alignment.
Since 1996, Dr. Gazzara has regularly taught classroom and on-line University courses in Management, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Marketing and Business Strategy for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs.
Kevin holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from University of Phoenix, a Masters of Business Administration from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University.
