Dr. Larry Carnes

Dr. Larry Carnes is Founder of Larry Carnes Ministries Inc. and Covenant Cutters Ministries International, Spirit Filled non-denominational bible believing, bible teaching ministries.  He formally pastured Living Word Christian Center in Augusta, GA.

Larry Carnes Ministries is the outreach arm of Covenant Cutters Ministries International.  Through this outreach Dr. Carnes ministers locally, nationally and internationally assisting Pastors and leaders in fulfilling the purpose of God, by establishing the Kingdom of God in the earth. 

Dr. Carnes was mentored by the Late Apostle, Bishop George D. Lee III

Dr. Carnes is a Certified Leadership and Transformation Life Coach, trained under Dream Releaser Coaching, a Professional Transformational Leadership Coaching Program.

He was formerly an Operations, and Continuing Training Manager for the DuPont and Washington Group Companies at the Savannah River Site; a Nuclear Facility of the Department of Energy.

Dr. Carnes was the Dean of Education and Chancellor of Living Word Bible College, a satellite campus of Friends International Christian University. 

Dr. Carnes holds a BA in Business Administration, a  MA in Religious Education and a Doctorate of Ministry from Friends International Christian University.
