Gary MacDonald B.Sc., I.R.C.

Gary is a business consultant, coach, trainer and conflict resolution specialist. He has over 30 years of business experience, first as a labour negotiator and consultant, then fifteen years in sales, marketing and general management in the manufacturing, distribution, broadcasting and design sectors. Gary has spent the past 15 years as a consultant, developing human capital in major corporations and helping them make their teams work.

Gary is a member of the Industrial Relations Consultants of Quebec and is a past member of the Advisory Counsel of Queens University Faculty of Engineering. Gary holds several accreditations in his field and has been recognized for his contributions in training and development and has earned international awards of excellence.
