Smith are the founding Pastor’s of Cities of Refuge Harvest Center.  Blessed to be married 31 years, the Smith’s birth three wonderful children Chennise, Vincent Jr.,  and Victoria. While Pastor Vincent Smith served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years his wife Debra strongly supported him throughout his traveling around the world even together at times.  While in Rota, Spain the Smith’s were actively involved as well as faithful to their local church.  As they grew spiritually and dedicated to the things of God, the call to ministry was inevitable. Pastor Vincent and Debra Smith became the Pastor’s at Mount Zion COGIC in Rota, Spain for three years.   During that time numerous families accepted Christ, lives were being changed for the better, and the ministry growth was in record numbers due to the period given.

Cities of Refuge Harvest Center was born in Charleston, SC  because of the hardships and discomfort of people in the body of Christ the Smith’s witnessed while returning back to the US.  The goal of CORHC is committed to, reaching everyone that is in debt, distress and discontent, by restoring and establishing the hopes, dreams, relationships, and purpose in people by demonstrating God’s continual love, knowledge, wisdom, power, and presence through the preaching of the word of God.

Truth not tradition is what Pastor Vincent and Debra Smith stress to all people,   And with that being said “With all thy getting get understanding…by seeking God’s Kingdom First..” scriptures from Prov. 4:7 & Matt. 6:33, is the foundational motto for CORHC. Going on 11 years Cities of Refuge Harvest Center has reached people of all races, nationalities and cultures. Pastor Vincent and Debra Smith continue in their work by loving, educating, caring, and  to help push people into their destiny for which God has for them.
